What happens after I pay for my order?
After you pay for your order, you'll receive an automated confirmation message in your email. Shortly after that a staff member will message you, letting you know we're preparing your order and give you the tracking information as well as delivery date.
How can I track my order?
The easiest way to track your order is to text the word TRACK to 512-525-4232.
You can also create a user account and track your package there.
What happens if my item is damaged during shipping?
If your item is damaged during shipping, let us know. We will get you taken care of right away.
