Our delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday-Friday).
 We're open for sales and support 7 days a week. We ship Monday-Friday.

Please be advised that there are many reasons, such as weather, holidays, unusual events, and human error, that can cause a delivery to be late. These delivery times are expectations, and neither Limestone Holey Rock nor the carriers we use are responsible for late shipments. 
       
What if my package is lost in transit or says it's delivered, but I didn't receive it ?
If your package gets lost in the system, we won't make you wait.
We'll send out a fresh order right away at no cost to you.

What happens if my item breaks during shipping?
We will send you a replacement at no cost to you.

Information Specific to APO/FPO Shipments:
Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require handling and processing that makes us
unable to give realistic estimated delivery times. We make every effort to get your package to the carrier on time, but keep in mind the extra handling and processing cause longer delivery times than normal. The most important fact is that if your package gets lost in transit or says it's delivered, but you didn't receive it, we will gladly take care of you and send out a replacement(s) at no cost to you.
