Return/Refund Policy—Limestone Holey Rock 02/7/26

For the purposes of these policies, the word return refers to items purchased, and returned for a monetary refund or an item exchange. All items, sitewide and orders made in the U.S.

Return Window: 

All items have a 60-day return window. Customers have 60 calendar days, starting with the day their item(s) are delivered, to start a return. The customer has the option to return their item(s) for a full refund or an exchange for something that is of equal value.
All returns are free to the customer except for upgraded shipping. If you pay for upgraded, expedited shipping, those costs are nonrefundable. Items are returned by mail at no cost to the customer.

Item Condition: 

We accept returns for new, used, damaged, and defective items, as well as returns from a buyer with buyer's remorse. The customer can ship the item(s) back in its original or any other container that is acceptable by the carrier.

Items Eligible for Return: 

All items we sell are eligible for return. This includes items at regular price, items on sale, items on clearance, and final sale items.  All items, sitewide, are eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

How to Start a Return:

Once you contact us, we will email a prepaid shipping label to you that you can download and put on the package.
Within 24 hours of receiving your return, we will inspect it and notify you if your return has been approved.
Once your return is approved, it can take up to 5 days to complete, and monetary refunds will go to the original payment method.

Restocking Fees: 

We do not charge any restocking fees. Ever. Returns and exchanges are free.
