As part of our Terms of Service, this Shipping and Delivery Policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We cover all shipping costs, including return shipping costs, and we do not charge a restocking fee.
Your order will come through USPS or UPS, depending on what you order and your location. For multiple items, it's possible we might use both carriers. The transit time for USPS Ground Advantage is one to five business days, and with UPS Ground Delivery, it ranges from, two to five business days. Carrier, tracking, departure, and expected date of delivery will be sent to you, usually within a few hours after you receive your order confirmation.
What happens when a package gets lost?
Packages Lost in Transit: When the tracking system shows your package is lost in transit, we don't make you wait, we'll send a replacement order right away.
Packages that can't be found: If the tracking system shows your package as delivered but it's nowhere to be found, we don't make you wait, we'll send a replacement order right away.
How soon does my package depart?
Please allow one to two business days for your package(s) to leave. This allows for any unusual circumstance and avoids disappointment.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Are there any other shipping restrictions?
Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the Military Post Office.
